Dasht-e-Noor: A Purposeful Project in One of the Best Areas of Mazandaran
The Dasht-e-Noor Tourist and Recreational Complex, located in one of the most pleasant areas of Mazandaran Province near Noor Forest Park, spans 43 hectares of land. With a combination of villa units, recreational, sports, and service facilities, this complex provides an ideal setting for tourism.
Project initiation with full permits and purposeful design
The official permits for this project were issued in 2010, and from that same year, the construction of infrastructure and main facilities began. From the outset, the focus of this complex has been on creating a comprehensive environment that meets both accommodation and recreational needs.

Architectural design in harmony with the natural landscape
In the overall design of Dasht-e-Noor, efforts have been made to incorporate local patterns, the regional climate, and environmental features. Forms, landscapes, proportions, and harmony with the natural surroundings have been presented by the architectural team through artistic vision, technical knowledge, and modern techniques. This balanced, calm, and functional architecture has resulted in the creation of beautiful and enduring spaces.
Execution stages with thorough studies and professional supervision
Before construction began, extensive studies were conducted by professional consultants on the potential of the area, successful similar projects, and economic feasibility. The project then commenced with the development of infrastructure such as water, electricity, gas, road networks, main entrance gate, management office, and sports and recreational facilities.

Comprehensive infrastructure with high standards
All main infrastructure, including roads, water, electricity, and gas connections, sewage network, and urban facilities, has been fully completed by the project’s execution team. The internal paths of the complex are paved with stone, while the external routes are covered with high-quality asphalt.
In line with environmental preservation and the optimal use of water resources, the most advanced German-made wastewater treatment systems have been employed in this project. With low energy consumption, high quality, easy operation, and international standards, these systems represent an important part of Dasht-e-Noor’s sustainable approach.
