The visit was aimed at gaining close familiarity with the capacities of this complex and reviewing its facilities and ongoing projects.

During the visit, the Minister referred to what he had previously heard about the unique features of the complex and said:
“I had heard about this tourist complex before, but today I had the opportunity, together with the governor and the parliament representative, to witness firsthand the efforts and progress made. This complex is a clear example of targeted investment carried out without any reliance on government facilities. The project investor is advancing the project with personal determination and motivation, without receiving any government support.”

He further added:
“Beautiful and valuable works have been carried out in this complex. Dasht-e Noor is a combined project offering diverse facilities such as a water park, hotel services, residential and recreational villas to attract both domestic and international tourists.”

Introduction of Facilities
During the visit, the project investor provided a comprehensive explanation of the facilities and different sections of the complex, emphasizing that the main goal is sustainable tourism development and providing quality services to visitors.

With its diverse design and facilities, Dasht-e Noor plays an effective role in attracting tourists and boosting the local economy. Combining hospitality and leisure services with beautiful natural landscapes and unique architecture, it stands out as one of the key tourism projects in Mazandaran province.

Positive Outcomes
The Minister’s visit promised greater support for similar projects across the country. Emphasizing the absence of government loans and the reliance on private investment, the project serves as a model for other investors in the tourism sector. Such initiatives can contribute to balanced tourism development and strengthen Iran’s position in the global tourism industry.

Conclusion

With its variety of facilities, Dasht-e Noor represents a prime example of blending nature and modernity to enhance the tourism experience.
